I designed this theme in mind of the sort of things Lily likes. Her main requests were it had a bow and it was fairly narrow like her last theme she had. As the main things posted are photos on her tumblr (lots of them), I put the focus on showing them like a mood board (closely grouped together). I figured Masonry would cover the variety of heights each post would be and it's worked nicely for the type of blog she has. The bio area to me from asking was of least priority to her, but I felt she may use it in the future. I accounted for that by having it hidden and showing, so at least she could have a picture of herself available. I think I've covered this the best way I can to account for the narrow width of the layout. I've gone for simple typography (for questions and the posts that have it) and a focus on purely displaying the photos she posts/reblogs. Things like post meta, navigation, etc. are subtle but in an expected place to not take attention away.Live version
